Eric Jackson - Chief Executive Officer
Eric Jackson has 25 years of international business and bio-energy experience. He has done business in more than 50 countries and overseen offices in the U.S., Mexico, Turkey, Panama, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and Thailand. He began his career as Manager of Market Development with The Pillsbury Company in Minneapolis, then on to International Proteins Corporation in New Jersey where he was VP of Commodity Risk Operations before purchasing the company and moving it back to Minnesota in 1993. In 1998 he sold IPC to The Scoular Company and joined their Board of Directors. As Scoular's corporate SVP, he managed their Industrial Markets Group where he served through 2006. In 2007 he co-founded CP Holdings LLC (dba Carbonless Promise) to help organizations identify and manage their carbon risks and opportunities and develop and manage their green supply chains. Mr. Jackson has a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois and serves as the Senior Carbon Expert at the U of I Environmental Change Institute. He recently served as CEO in Residence for Renewable Energy at the University of Minnesota Office for Technology Commercialization. Mr. Jackson is a member of the International Greenhouse Gas Inventory Experts Network.

Michael Lammi - Chief Operations Officer
Michael Lammi holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota, which he received in 1984. Michael has also been a past president of the CFANS Alumni Association at the U of M in 2005-2006. Michael's experience spans multiple Commodity Market sectors where he has been responsible for Risk Management, Trading of Commodities and used his expertise in the Origination of basic agricultural commodities. He has extensive Supply Chain experience within the Processing, Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturing sectors of the Food Industry, where he is focused on creating, identifying and implementing local, regional and global supply chain solutions. His extensive Supply Chain experience and knowledge has been key in helping CP's clients to understand their carbon opportunities, identify their risk concerns as well as a creating a customized approach to GHG inventory and footprint models and analysis. Michael's former work includes Harvest States Cooperatives (now CHS, Inc.), ConAgra - Hunt Wesson, The Pillsbury company (now part of General Mills), Novartis, Scoular and Northwestern Foods Inc. as well as the many companies and partners he has touched through his Supply Chain consulting group, C2AN (Creating Competitive Advantage Now).
